For your booking to be confirmed you must fill-up the booking form and transfer the booking deposit of the property rental together with a copy of your passport.
The balance of the payment must be paid at least two months before your arrival. If the balance is not received by us by the due date, we may cancel the booking and will retain the booking deposit.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, then we shall be entitled to the following of the holiday cost: More than 2 months before arrival = non-refundable deposit. Less than two months before arrival = non refundable deposit & balance. All cancellations must be sent to us in writing.
Check-in time is after 2pm. Check-out time is before 10am. In case of flight delays or inconvenience while travelling, clients should contact us at the earliest opportunity. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs unless confirmed by us in advance. The rental price does not include transfers to and from the airport or port to the house.
A security deposit of 500€ is payable in cash upon arrival, to cover the cost of any damages to the property or its contents. The amount less any applicable claims will be refunded to you in cash at your departure.
You are responsible for the correct and decent behavior of your party. You are responsible for any loss or damage that you or members of your party may cause to the property or its contents. You are required to report any damages to us and to bear the cost of repair or replacement. You undertake to deliver the property and its contents up at the end of the rental period in the same condition as at the outset of the rental period. Your liability to us for damage caused to the property and its contents is not limited to the amount of the security deposit.
This agreement is for the sole residential use by the guest for the rental period and not for any other purpose. Entertainment parties and functions involving a large amount of invitees are strictly prohibited unless fully approved by us in advance.
We cannot be held responsible for any death, accident, illness or injuries suffered by you or your guests during your stay at the property under any circumstances. Use of the swimming pool by you and any member of the rental party is at your and their own risk. You undertake to ensure that no children are left unattended in or around the swimming pool. We strongly recommend that you have private medical insurance in place covering your stay in Greece. By paying the security deposit, you waive any claim you or your guests may have against us for death, accident, illness or injury suffered by you or any of your guests.
If you want to bring your pet with you, please check with us first. If accepted, you will be asked for an additional security deposit.
The property will be cleaned at the beginning of the rental period, before your arrival. However, guests should leave the property clean and in order at the time of their departure. If the property is not left in acceptable conditions the sum of 200 euro will be deducted from the security deposit.
We provide four hours daily maid service, including change of bed linen twice weekly and bath towels every day. Should you require extra maid service, please advise us at the time of booking. We will do our utmost to satisfy your request. All quoted charges will need to be prepaid at the time of booking the specified extra service.
Food and drink and catering services are not included in the price. We do not provide catering services included in the price. A private cook or a caterer can be arranged subject to availability at an additional cost. Please advise us at the time of booking of your requirements. Water in Mykonos is a commodity to be used sparingly during the summer months. If you experience a shortage of water, we will do everything we can in time to reestablish its supply. Electricity can also be disrupted, normally for a short period of time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience created by events beyond our control. Guests are expected to conserve water and electricity. If taps are left running, the water at the house will run out and an extra charge may be levied to refill the water tank.
We provide Internet WiFi but we cannot guarantee we will be able to re-establish the connection in case of a technical problem beyond our control, such as a faulty line from the local telephone company.
Valuables left at the property are at the clients' risks. We are not responsible for their loss or misplacement. You undertake to ensure that the windows and doors of the house are left closed and locked when the house is unoccupied.
